Meet the Person Behind the Blog

Hi, I’m Abbas, Health Specialist the founder and primary writer of EVO Health Guide. I'm a health specialist and did diploma to be certified as a health coach, a lifelong student of ayurveda, herbal medicine and lifestyle motivator and researcher. My passion for natural wellness began after i taken PCB in 12th and appear for examination, and after completing my diploma in medicine and ayurveda as well as years of personal research and practical experience, I’ve learned how small, positive changes can lead to significant improvements in health and well-being. I created this blog to share that knowledge and help others with my wife Shifa (Same field) and assistant in health care certfied from Apollo.
